READi Core Fee Schedule

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

The below pricing outlines the service offerings and tiered fee structure for READi Core services. Fees are based on request complexity and sponsor type. Fees will be assessed per project request.

Service Offerings

Service Description
Feasibility Counts A feasibility count is a preliminary assessment used to determine whether a research study, clinical trial, or data request is practical based on the number of patients who meet specific criteria within an available data source. It provides an early estimate of how many potential participants or qualifying patient records exist
before a study moves forward.
Small Dataset A structured group of patients, clinical, operational, or research-related information of 10 or less data elements pulled from sources such as the electronic health record (EHR), data warehouses, or research networks. Datasets are created based
on specific criteria and are used for analysis, reporting, feasibility counts, or answering research questions.
Medium Dataset A structured group of patients, clinical, operational, or research-related information of 11 to 25 data elements pulled from sources such as the EHR, data warehouses, or research networks. Datasets are created based on specific criteria and are used for analysis, reporting, feasibility counts, or answering research questions
Large Dataset A structured group of patients, clinical, operational, or research-related information of 26 or more data elements pulled from sources such as the EHR, data warehouses, or research networks. Datasets are created based on specific criteria and are used for analysis, reporting, feasibility counts, or answering research questions.
Recruitment Lists A targeted list of individuals who meet the preliminary criteria to be invited or considered for participation in a research study. It is typically generated based on specific attributes, such as demographics, diagnoses, or behaviors that align with the goals of the initiative.
Recruitment Messages Communications sent to individuals via their patient portal who may be eligible to participate in a research study. These messages are designed to inform potential participants about the opportunity and encourage them to learn more or enroll.
REDCap Builds A REDCap build involves designing and configuring secure, study-specific data collection tools within the REDCap platform, including forms, workflows, logic, and permissions. This process ensures research teams have a compliant, ready-to-use system that supports accurate and efficient data capture from project launch through completion.
Dashboards A dashboard creation involves designing and configuring interactive, user-friendly visuals that bring key research or operational data together in one place. This process ensures teams have clear, real-time insights that support faster decision-making and streamlined project oversight.
