- Not all technology on the list is licensed for the entire enterprise. Contact the business contact to discuss potential license costs and contract changes to ensure proper usage.
- If the business contact is listed as Workstation Support, submit a service request in ServiceNOW to get it installed.
- Once your Service Catalog Request is submitted, you can track your request on the ServiceNOW Portal under requested items.
