Terms of Use

Instead of a deposit, please share your department/organization’s cost center number. This would be the account we would bill if equipment is returned damaged. Damage includes anything beyond normal wear and tear that is expected with regular use is. If equipment is discovered to be damaged, you will be contacted and given an opportunity to appeal the claim (e.g. if the equipment was damaged when you first picked it up).
