Dr. Sanmann’s research uses a variety of cytogenetics and molecular genetic techniques, including conventional chromosome analysis, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), chromosomal microarray, and gene sequencing, to improve our understanding of the relationship between genotype and phenotype.
