Programming Model
Power in the People
The most important resource at UNMC is our dedicated people. The Office of Faculty Development aims to help faculty rise to the ever evolving challenges and ever increasing demands that define the modern context of an academic medical center.
As paradigms in education, clinical practice, and health care systems shift, Faculty Development offers an assortment of programs based on the feedback from our workforce and leaders. Programmatic offerings are carefully planned and designed to help UNMC faculty reach their full potential across several domains.
