A Food Safety Training and Certification Program from the National Restaurant Association. ServSafe Food Manager course is the premier food safety training and certification course offered by Nebraska Extension in a face-to-face setting. The ServSafe course is recommended for all types of food service managers, both commercial and non-commercial. This course fulfills Nebraska LB245 that was recently passed in 2025.
