Project Interest
My research focuses in identifying sources of variability for drug response, including pharmacokinetic and pharmacogentic determinants of drug clearance. In addition to identifying the pharmacokinetic variability, I have worked to identify the sources of this variability in children and develop strategies in individualize drug therapy based on pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic variability. More recently my group has included pharmacogenomics in our efforts to further individualize cancer drug therapy.
