About Dr. Romberger

Deb Romberger, MD is Professor and Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine. Deb came to UNMC as a research fellow in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine. She joined the faculty in 1990. Deb has completed the ELAM program (Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine). Deb is intrigued by what she has learned in Spiro's AAMCC program. She finds coaching is useful in helping individuals identify what is most important to them in terms of creating the career they most desire and in formulating next steps in achieving their desired career.
