Schedule an appointment
Appointments for most services are scheduled through our Patient Information Office. Please share requests for accessibility needs when scheduling your appointment.
Meet the Doctor
If you'd like to make sure that a provider is the right fit for your child and their needs, you can schedule a meeting with the provider to discuss any questions you might have, as well as meet with the staff.
This kind of visit is not billed. When you call to schedule an appointment, let the scheduler know that you'd like to meet with the doctor prior to making a clinical visit.
Vaccine Statement
At MMI, we believe it is of the utmost importance to protect the health of all people. With the addition of our new pediatric primary care clinic, we are called to evolve our practices to continue to best serve our patients. As there are many medically vulnerable people who may be attending our primary care clinic or are already a member of the MMI community within different therapies, it is important to clearly define our expectations of patients of the primary care clinic related to vaccines.
At MMI we believe that vaccines are safe and help to prevent disease that could result in illness, disability, or even death. Thus, the providers of our pediatric primary care clinic will be following the recommended vaccine schedule of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
View Child Vaccine Schedule View Adolescent Vaccine Schedule
All patients of the MMI primary care clinic will be vaccinated according to this schedule. If a new patient is under-vaccinated, we will work to create a catch-up vaccine schedule. However, if a parent or caregiver decides that a patient should not be vaccinated as recommended, we will ask that they seek medical care at another clinic. While we respect each family’s right to decision making, we believe that vaccines are safe and effective means to protect the health and well-being of each individual in our community.
If you would like to meet with a pediatrician to discuss this further prior to joining our clinic, you can schedule a Meet the Doctor appointment.
