Clinical Research Recruitment

For researchers and research teams, fulfilling a study’s recruitment goals can be difficult and tedious. Our team is here to assist and make the recruitment process easier and more consistent.

To get started with the Recruitment Team, please fill out the Research Recruitment Request Form. Once you fill out the form, the Recruitment Team will reach out to set up an initial meeting.

Opt-In

We work with study teams and READi Core to facilitate the opt-in process, from the creation of patient contact templates to getting the opt-in list from READi.

Ethical Access

We work with study teams to develop templates for patients being contacted via ethical access lists – especially those that will be contacting patients through the patient portal.

Social Media

Social media is a powerful tool for building awareness and strengthening recruitment for your studies. We work with study teams to create content for paid social media campaigns or organic (free) social media posts.

Print Flyers/Materials

Print flyers remain a key marketing tool because they are easy to share, highly visible in community spaces, and help capture attention in a tangible, memorable way. We provide templates for print flyers and are available to assist with creation if needed.

Monitor Slides

Electronic Monitor Slides around campus keeps patients and visitors in the loop on current events. They are an easy, low-cost way to share information about your research study. We work with study teams to create and post monitor slides.

News Articles

We work with study teams to write news articles that can be published by UNMC Today and NM Now and distributed to thousands of people. We can also work on larger press releases.

Has a sponsor sent you recruitment material that is already approved to print? We can help you create a recruitment branding label to submit to the IRB and then apply to your printed documents.
