Fees for Budgeting

The fee schedule for Research Recruitment and Outreach was updated July 1, 2026. If your research project engaged recruitment services July 1, 2026, or later, the updated fee schedule applies. If your research project engaged recruitment services prior to July 1, 2026, your project will continue to use the previous fee schedule.

Financial information will be collected from the study team when recruitment services are engaged, and a cost estimate will be provided. If additional services are requested, the estimate will be adjusted.

All project requests must include a UNMC cost object to be billed for services. Institutional support for services may be available. Reach out to clinicalresrecruit@unmc.edu to see if your project qualifies.

Billing is processed monthly. An invoice can be provided to assist with billing back to the sponsor, if needed.
