Transition Timeline

This webpage will be regularly updated with the latest information on which core facilities are actively using Stratocore PPMS.

Using Stratocore PPMS:

Institutional Biospecimen Bank (IBB)
Spatial Profiling Hub (SPH)
Tissue Sciences Facility (TSF) (phased rollout)

Upcoming Transitions

The following core facilities will transition to Stratocore PPMS on a rolling basis:

Researchers actively using these cores will receive transition guidance directly from core staff. Until the transition, please continue using RSS or existing processes as directed by the core.

Continuing with Current Systems

Some core facilities and shared resources will not transition to Stratocore PPMS and will continue using RSS or current processes. Users should follow established procedures for accessing services from these cores.
