User Guides

Getting Started with Stratocore PPMS

The first step to begin using Stratocore PPMS starts with the UNMC PI or their designee completing the Lab Group Setup Form. This form is required to establish your lab group in the system.

Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive additional instructions. New users should refer to the provided guidance when logging in for the first time to ensure a smooth setup and access to core services.

Instructions for logging in for the first time:

Review and update your profile, including:
- Add your ORCID ID
- You may add a default account number to your profile
Ensure you are in the correct group

Request correct permissions from your Group manager and/or financial account manager. See instructions and more information here.

Helpful tips:

Users must have a financial account affiliated with their profile before requesting services from a facility
Your profile and group will be the same across facilities within Stratocore PPMS
MyPPMS homepage shows you all of your activities across the platform
Use the upper right-hand drop-down menu to go between facilities
Use projects to work across groups
Each core has its own specific procedures and requirements users must follow
