How to Use Stratocore PPMS

- Core-specific guides are listed below and contain detailed instructions tailored to individual core facilities.
Core-Specific Guidance
Some core facilities have developed detailed guides specific to their services, instrumentation, workflows, and training requirements. If you plan to use a core’s services, please review the relevant guidance, which may be available below, directly from the core, or on the core’s homepage within Stratocore PPMS.

Getting Started with Stratocore PPMS
To begin using Stratocore PPMS, the UNMC PI or their designee must complete the Lab Group Setup Form to establish your lab in the system.
After submission, the PI or designee will receive confirmation their lab has been set up and additional guidance for onboarding.
All users should follow these steps when logging in for the first time:
- Update your profile:
- Add your ORCID ID
- Set a default account number
- Confirm your group affiliation
- Step by step guidance to log in and review profile
- Request any necessary permissions from your Group Manager or Financial Account Manager

Helpful Tips:
- Users must have a financial account affiliated with their profile before requesting services from a facility
- Your profile and group will be the same across facilities within Stratocore PPMS
- MyPPMS homepage shows you all of your activities across the platform
- Use the upper right-hand drop-down menu to go between facilities
- Use projects to work across lab groups
- Each core has its own specific procedures and requirements users must follow
