Electron Microscopy Research Core
Our core facility provides instrumentation and technical support for research involving Transmission Electron Microscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy. The Electron Microscopy Core Facility is available to all University of Nebraska personnel, external institutions and industrial users. The facility is staffed by a director and full-time electron microscopy specialist who provide consultation and services.

Placing Orders
We’re thrilled to announce that we will be transitioning to Stratocore PPMS, a centralized online platform that streamlines core service requests, scheduling, and billing. Starting Sept. 1, 2025, all users are expected to register in Stratocore and begin placing orders through the new system. Stratocore will be the required platform for all orders as of Nov. 3, 2025.
