TARGET AUDIENCE

This accredited continuing education activity is designed for behavioral health providers to include psychologists, advanced practice nurses, nurses, and licensed mental health therapists.

ABOUT MICHAEL STEUBE, MA, LMHP, CPC

Michael Steube is a licensed professional counselor and licensed mental health practitioner with Western Nebraska Behavioral Health. He is also a doctoral student in the Counselor Education graduate program at Oregon State University. He has traveled and worked in rural towns throughout the panhandle of Nebraska, helping to address a wide range of client needs. He has helped connect rural areas with expanded care through coordination with an outreach genetics clinic and outreach pediatric psychiatry clinic. His clinical work has primarily focused on providing rural integrated care, with a special interest working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and technology integration in counseling.
