Core Topics for Behavioral Health Providers
The BHECN Core Topics webinar series engages behavioral health stakeholders from across the state to present on a variety of practical behavioral health topics. Trainees and providers attend these webinars to expand their knowledge in topics they may encounter as professionals.

BHECN is presently accepting applications for those wanting to present during the 2024 Core Topics series, Those interested in presenting are encouraged to submit a topic and detailed outline based on the annual Core Topic theme. This year’s theme, which is “The Business Side of Behavioral Health,” focuses on providing actionable business insights tailored to meet the needs of the behavioral health community.
BHECN faculty and staff will review submitted proposals and identify those chosen for funding. If selected, awardees will deliver a 60-minute webinar based on their proposal, which will be recorded and made available for enduring credit for up to one year. The webinars will be held in January, February, and March 2024. Selected presenters will receive a $500 honorarium upon completion of their presentation. Applications to present are being accepted through Nov. 22.
