Dr. Schwenka practices in ambulatory care pharmacy at the Nebraska Medicine Patient-Centered Medical Home clinics at Elkhorn and Millard Health Centers. Her main area of focus is chronic disease management, including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, polypharmacy, and cardiology. Dr. Schwenka also developed the Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) service expansion in the primary care setting.
