Emily T Shin, PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Shin is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) pharmacist program coordinator and an ambulatory care pharmacist at Clarkson Family Medicine, also known as the Old Market Health Center. She is actively involved in resident education, resident research, and student precepting activities.

Research Interests

Dr. Shin’s research interests include pharmacist impact on value-based outcomes, interprofessional learning and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Teaching Activities

Dr. Shin serves as a preceptor to PGY2 residents, PGY1 residents, and APPE students.
