Emily T Shin, PharmD, BCACP
Dr. Shin is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) pharmacist program coordinator and an ambulatory care pharmacist at Clarkson Family Medicine, also known as the Old Market Health Center. She is actively involved in resident education, resident research, and student precepting activities.
