Keep Track of Your Progress

The goal is to find ways to increase your activity. Research shows that keeping track of your activity can motivate you to Move More!

For a couple of weekdays and a weekend, write down how much time you are physically active (for example: walking, dancing, doing strength exercises with resistance bands). Do this once a month!
