Cody Bonk, MD, MHPTT, AEMUS-FPD
Cody Bonk, MD, served for four years in the U.S. Army with the 75th Ranger Regiment as a combat medic and did two tours in Afghanistan where he found his passion for emergency medicine.
He attended medical school at UNMC, then residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee before returning to UNMC for his emergency ultrasound fellowship. After fellowship, he obtained his Master's in Health Professions Teaching and Technology. He currently serves as the point-of-care ultrasound coil director for the College of Medicine as well as several other committees and is heavily involved in student, resident, and fellow education and training.
