Shivani Wadnerkar, MBBS

My focus is to provide innovative evidence based on pediatric nephrology and kidney transplant care at Children’s Nebraska and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. My primary clinical interests include pediatric kidney transplantation, and glomerulonephritis. During my fellowship training, my research focused on pediatric kidney transplantation, antibody-mediated rejection, complement biology, and emerging therapies for pediatric transplant recipients. My goal as faculty is to actively participate in collaborative clinical transplant research and remain committed to translating scientific discoveries into improved outcomes for children with kidney disease and kidney transplants. I serve as an assistant professor of Medicine at UNMC Department of Pediatrics.
