Dr. Helvey specializes in MRI and CT examinations of the brain, spine, head and neck. Nebraska born, bred and educated, he is grateful for every opportunity to provide neuroradiology expertise to the community of his family and friends, and all who travel from afar for the extraordinary care at UNMC/Nebraska Medicine. His passions are providing guidance to referring providers and developing that ability in others. He is honored to be among this exceptional group of radiologists, training brilliant residents, and collaborating with subspecialty experts in so many fields.

He is a self-proclaimed lucky husband and delighted father. Audere est facere!
