To maintain adequate training and quality assurance, a centralized intake process has been developed to build all protocols in OnCore.
All departments must complete the intake form which includes basic trial information for creating the protocol record in OnCore, along with other institutional required fields. The CRC regulatory staff will continue to build the protocol shell for departments they perform regulatory duties for.
The CTMS core team will build protocols for departments who do not utilize the CRC. Based on the department, you may be asked to provide more information to the CTMS core team to complete the full protocol shell in the CTMS.
Please send the completed intake form, located with all training guides in the CTMS Documents folder on the NHSSECURE drive (NHSSECURE/Clinical Trials/5- Resources/CTMS Documents), and send all required documents to studyintake@unmc.edu.
