All new users must attend role-based training prior to obtaining access to OnCore. Training is scheduled through Apollo, and typically lasts 3-4 hours depending on role. Investigators will have the opportunity to view a brief online training presentation, located in Apollo, prior to obtaining OnCore access.
Quick Reference Guides are available for all major areas of OnCore functionality, including protocol shells, regulatory documentation, financials, department administrators and subject management. These quick guides can be found at on the NHSSECURE drive (NHSSECURE/Clinical Trials/5- Resources/CTMS Documents).
