Application

We accept one fellow per academic year for our yearlong health security fellowship.

Qualified applicants must have completed an ACGME-accredited emergency medicine residency program, critical care medicine fellowship program, infectious disease fellowship program or critical care anesthesia fellowship program and must be board-certified or board- eligible in emergency medicine, critical care medicine, infectious disease or critical care anesthesia. 

Requirements

• Completed application.
• Current curriculum vitae.
• Letter of interest.
• Proof of graduation from an ACGME-accredited emergency medicine residency program, critical care medicine fellowship program, infectious disease fellowship program or critical care anesthesia fellowship program, or a letter indicating good standing in your residency or fellowship program and your expected graduation date.
