Emily Dietle, MD

I graduated from her Pediatric Residency program at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston, Texas. I completed my fellowship program at UNMC in 2022 and am now a full member of our faculty at Children's Nebraska and Nebraska Medicine.

I first learned to love my specialty when caring for children with biliary atresia and short bowel syndrome during my acting internship as a medical student. I love the continuity and relationships with the patients as well as the opportunity to work inpatient, outpatient and on procedures. I also enjoy working with students and residents and sharing her love for Gastroenterology.
