Dana Raml

Dr. Raml is passionate about medical student education and serves as the Phase 3 Director and Assistant Clerkship Director for the Department of Psychiatry. She is an active member of the Association of Directors of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry, serving as the Membership and Engagement Committee Co-Chair.

She is also an adult outpatient psychiatrist. While she is trained to treat all mental health concerns, specific clinical interests include women’s mental health, particularly during perimenopause and peripartum periods, as well as psychiatric sexual health.

She has presented nationally on medical student education multiple times and has been published in Academic Psychiatry. Dr. Raml is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association, North American Menopause Society, International Society for Study of Women’s Sexual Health, Postpartum Support International, Marce, and the Association for Academic Psychiatry.
