Anne Maxwell, MD

Anne Maxwell, MD, treats patients with hearing, balance and facial nerve disorders in an academic setting. She participates in the education of otolaryngology residents and medical students as well as clinical and translational research in neurotology.

Dr. Maxwell's research interests include cochlear implantation techniques and outcomes, temporal bone trauma, resident surgical education, and lateral skull base tumor management. Her research background is multifaceted including bench research techniques in neuroscience and head and neck oncology laboratories, translational research in a biophysics laboratory studying middle ear mechanics, and various clinical research projects aiming to advance clinical care for patients with hearing, balance, and facial nerve disorders.
