Marie Schaaf, OD, is an instructor in the UNMC Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, where she has worked since graduating from the Indiana University School of Optometry with high honors in 2009.

She also provides patient care through UNMC's primary clinical partner, Nebraska Medicine.

In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and four children.
