Nada Ahmed, MBBS, MD

Dr. Ahmed is an assistant professor at UNMC's Department of Neurological Sciences. She fell in love with movement disorders because of its emphasis on phenomenology-driven problem-solving, the engaging debates sparked by differing interpretations of movements, and having the privilege of working with a compassionate community of movement physicians who inspire me, all during such an exciting and evolving time in the field.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of patients with a broad spectrum of movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease, tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease, ataxia, chorea, myoclonus, and tic disorders. I perform botulinum toxin injections and provide comprehensive medical management for patients with movement disorders.
