Tam Nguyen

Tam Nguyen is in the BSN program in UNMC’s College of Nursing. She is in the UNMC Honors Research Program. Tam Nguyen has been a research assistant for a molecular genetics lab at UNL for Dr. Graef. She is currently working on her research with the help of Dr. Sheri Rowland and Dr. Breanna Hetland.

Dr. Sheri Rowland and Dr. Breanna Hetland have been amazing mentors to her. They motivate Tam to pursue further education and get involved in nursing research.

Plan after graduation:


Tam will be working as an ICU nurse at CHI Health and will go back to graduate school after getting a lot of experiences.
