Seoung-Ryoung Choi, PhD, is an instructor in the UNMC Department of Pathology, Microbiology and Immunology. His research focuses on elucidation of iron/heme-dependent mechanisms to discover non-iron metallocompounds that inhibit the growth of pathogens, including mycobacteria.
