Application

To be eligible for our fellowship program you must have successfully completed or be in good standing at an ACGME-accredited radiology residency.

To apply, fill out this application and send the following information, via e-mail or mail, to Tina Hunter, our fellowship administrator:

• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Copies of USMLE results
• Three letters of recommendation (at least one from program director or chairman)
• Passport-sized photo of yourself
• Copy of ECMFG certificate if an international medical graduate

 

Deadlines

Application deadline: October 31

Interviews: Scheduled December through February

Match deadlines: Per National Resident Matching Program, rank lists are typically due late May/early June and match day mid-June.
