Erik E. Lewis, MD
Dr. Lewis is a thoracic surgeon, board certified in both thoracic surgery and general surgery, whose practice focuses on minimally invasive and robotic-assisted thoracic surgery. His areas of expertise include the surgical management of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, mediastinal tumors, thymectomy for myasthenia gravis, chest wall lesions, airway disorders including tracheal stenosis, diaphragm paralysis, esophageal disorders, and the surgical management of end stage lung disease including lung volume reduction and lung transplant. In addition to surgery, he also performs advanced endoscopic procedures including endobronchial ultrasound and robotic-assisted navigational bronchoscopy for the diagnosis and management of lung lesions.
