The Public Health Badge Pathway gives students an understanding of how public health professionals work to protect communities by addressing issues like disease prevention, environmental risks, and global health challenges. Through modules focused on real‑world public health problems and the science behind them, students learn how public health experts monitor outbreaks, promote healthy behaviors, and improve the well‑being of entire populations.
Completing the modules via the links on this page will not result in a badge being earned. They must be completed within our Canvas course. Email ubeats@unmc.edu for more information.
