The Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center brings together state-of-the-art instrumentation and experienced staff to provide cost-efficient access to shared resources for researchers across the University of Nebraska Medical Center and beyond.
Our Shared Resources are located within the Cancer Center and Durham Research Center I, providing convenient access to researchers and clinical scientists. This proximity is a key part of our intentionally designed, world-class cancer center, that brings researchers, clinicians and patients together under one roof — shortening the distance between discoveries and the patients who need them.
Citing Shared Resources
Researchers using the Cancer Center Shared Resources for publications, presentations, or other scholarly outputs are required to acknowledge the use of them. Proper acknowledgment helps support the continued availability and funding of these cores.
Please acknowledge the Cancer Center Support Grant (P30 CA036727) in all publications and abstracts that have used these services.

Whether you are planning a project that spans several shared resources or simply want to know what is available, we will connect you with the relevant shared resource directors to map out how they can support your work. Consultations are available to all faculty, research staff and students, at any stage of a project.
