StrongHER: Building Strength and Confidence Through Menopause

A new program, StrongHER, pairs evidence‑based exercise, nutrition workshops and expert guidance on musculoskeletal and pelvic health to help women thrive through menopause.

During perimenopause and menopause, women experience hormonal shifts that can lead to muscle loss, decreased bone density, changes in metabolism and increased inflammation. Strength training becomes essential during this stage because it helps preserve lean muscle, support joint health, improve balance and maintain bone strength. Women can better manage symptoms, support metabolic health and feel more energized and resilient.
