What interested you most in UNMC?:

The opportunity to use my M4 year as a sub-I in the Advanced Family Medicine Training Program to help prepare myself for a future in Rural Family Medicine while also remaining close to home and my family!

What was your first job?

Detasseling cornfields when I was 12 & 13. Otherwise when I began working at my hometown grocery store at 14.

What is the furthest you've traveled from Omaha?:

Miami, Florida

Career aspirations:

Rural Family Medicine

If you couldn't work in medicine, what would you do?:

Farm with my family.

If you only had one day in Nebraska, what would you do?:

Either tanking with a group of family/friends, camping with family at Calamus or Johnson Lake, or spend it cheering on the Huskers!

Most fond residency experience or memory up to this point?:

The first baby I delivered while out in Grand Island on a rural Family Medicine rotation!
