What interested you most in UNMC?:

Growing up in the area, I've always known that UNMC provides a very high level of medical care and is always growing and improving. I wanted to be able to learn from very difficult cases to feel more comfortable in future practice. Also I have a lot of friends and family in the area who are my support system and great to be near during residency.

What was your first job?

Lifeguarding.

If you couldn't work in medicine, what would you do?:

Try to be a college golf or basketball coach

If you only had one day in Nebraska, what would you do?:

Play golf in the Sandhills.

Most fond residency experience or memory up to this point?:

Wonderbowl during orientation month. There are good memories from the work room during both inpatient months, struggling through some days together with co-residents.
