What interested you most in UNMC?:

I wanted to stay in Nebraska and having such a good school in state was a no-brainer. The faculty and facilities are top notch and a great place to learn.

What was your first job?

Emptying trash at my dad's shop and mowing lawns.

What is the furthest you've traveled from Omaha?:

Greece

Career aspirations:

I would like to be a rural family physician working in clinic, the ER, doing scopes and a variety of office procedures. I would like to be on the eastern side of the state and still close to Omaha and Lincoln where my family is.

If you couldn't work in medicine, what would you do?:

Probably woodworking or playing music in some capacity.

If you only had one day in Nebraska, what would you do?:

Go tanking down a small country river with friends and family.

Most fond residency experience or memory up to this point?:

I really enjoyed my first inpatient month getting to work with our team and having a pot luck party on the last day!
