What interested you most in UNMC?:

I knew I wanted to practice medicine in Nebraska, so I knew UNMC would be the best place to receive training geared specifically toward caring for the people of Nebraska and their unique needs.

What was your first job?

Interestingly enough I first worked as a runner for a local law firm in my hometown.

What is the furthest you've traveled from Omaha?:

Hawaii

Career aspirations:

I plan to return to Western Nebraska to practice full scope family medicine including obstetrics. OB is one of my biggest passions within family medicine!

If you couldn't work in medicine, what would you do?:

I would probably be a baker or chef - I love all things food related!

If you only had one day in Nebraska, what would you do?:

I would definitely be spending it at Lake Maloney in North Platte, NE where I'm from. Lake days are the best!

Most fond residency experience or memory up to this point?:

One of my most recent fond memories was getting to deliver my first continuity OB patient that I had been seeing since the start of their pregnancy - it was so rewarding!
