Joseph Pachunka, MD

Assistant Professor, Division of General Internal Medicine

Dr. Joe Pachunka

Joe Pachunka is a native Omahan who lives with his wife Erin and daughter Ella. He enjoys running, spending time with his family, golfing, and doing other outdoor activities. He enjoys science generally and how science can be applied to help people within the medical field.

He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha for college before attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center for medical school and residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He enjoys general medicine and working with learners including residents and medical students. He has an interest in medical education and medical education research.
