Our 12 divisions pursue all aspects of the UNMC mission: clinical service, medical education, biomedical research and outreach.
Our faculty comprises more than 300 physicians and scientists – all experienced clinicians, accomplished researchers and talented educators who work as a team to accomplish our overriding goal: Enhancing the health of all Nebraskans.
Divisions
The Department of Internal Medicine provides a full spectrum of clinical, research and education excellence that influences both the state of Nebraska and the nation. Together, we're working to serve our patients well, to ask and answer new questions in medicine and to prepare future physicians to do the same. Many of our divisions offer fellowship programs.
