During her hematology and oncology fellowship, Dr. Snegha Ananth served as Chief Wellness Fellow, where she launched an intra-divisional newsletter to enhance a sense of community during the COVID era of virtual meetings. She also organized group sessions to support her co-fellows throughout their training. In addition, Dr. Ananth mentored residents and fellows, helping them develop research that was successfully presented at major national meetings.
