Jason E. Michaud MD, PhD

Dr. Michaud provides patient-centered care for simple and complex genitourinary issues. He has special interests and training in neurogenic bladder, hypospadias, vesicoureteral reflux, urinary tract infections, spina bifida, and bladder exstrophy.

He completed his urology residency and fellowship in pediatric urology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is currently assistant professor of urologic surgery at UNMC College of Medicine.

Research Interests
Dr. Michaud conducts basic and clinical research in genitourinary birth defects, urinary tract infections, and urinary tract reconstruction. His laboratory at UNMC explores the causes of and novel treatments for urinary tract infections.
