Global Health Fund

Established: 2019 This endowment will provide long-term stability to the department’s Global Health Program which currently organizes an annual surgical mission trip to Gitwe, Rwanda. Each trip expands access to healthcare in a resource-limited environment, as well as educates local healthcare providers and UNMC faculty, trainees and staff, alike.
