Try-athlon
The Center for Healthy Living invites students, faculty, staff, and community members to participate in the Try-Athlon, a month-long fitness challenge inspired by the distances of an Ironman Triathlon. Unlike a traditional race, there is no start line, no finish line, and no pressure to complete everything in a single day. Participants will have an entire month to accumulate their miles and meters at their own pace.
Challenge Dates: Sept. 14 – Oct. 11
Registration Closes: Friday, Sept. 11
Designed for all fitness levels, the TRY-Athlon offers flexible options to help everyone participate. Complete your swimming distance by swimming or using an indoor rower, bike outdoors or on a stationary bike, and walk, jog, or run. Choose from 3 challenge tracks: Individual Half, Individual Full, or Team of 3 Full.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, stay motivated, or have fun with friends and coworkers, the TRY-Athlon is a great way to make movement part of your month.
The challenge is FREE. Prize bundles for each track will be given away!
On your marks, get set, GO!!
