Punch Palooza

Welcome to the Fall 2026 Punch Palooza! This event is sponsored by the UNMC Center for Healthy Living to encourage you to get to know your local campus fitness facility. You MUST be a UNMC student on the Omaha, Lincoln, Norfolk or Kearney campuses to participate.

Register by Aug. 31, 2026. Registering will gain you access to your punch card and instructions for how to participate in the challenge.

Pick Up Your Card

Stop by the front desk at your campus fitness facility to pick up your punch card. Cards will be available starting Tuesday, Sept. 8.

Omaha students: Center for Healthy Living
Lincoln students: UNL Campus Recreation
Kearney students: UNK Wellness Center
Norfolk students: Fitness and recreational facilities on the Northeast Community College campus

Earn Your Punches

Earn three or more punches from Sept. 8 to 14 to win a prize. The more punches you collect, the better the prize!

Collect Your Prize

Take a picture of your punched card and email it to the Center for Healthy Living at CFHLcampusrec@unmc.edu to claim your prize. The more punches you earn, the better the prize!
