GCHS Office Associate
Karina Morales is actively contributing to UNMC by assisting with the Region 7 PHENOM and the Training, Simulation, and Quarantine Center (TSQC) programs; meanwhile assisting Associate Director of Research & GCHS Director Lauren Sauer with admin support. Additionally, she assists in scheduling at the Davis Global Center for Health Security.
Karina is a master's student in the Critical Science and Thinking interdisciplinary program with a concentration in Organizational Science and Leadership at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), a journey she embarked on in the Summer of 2023. With a background as an Advising Staff Assistant at The University of Nebraska Omaha's College of Information Science and Technology, Karina assisted in coordinating walk-in advising, organizing Student Success events, and managing the High School Internship Program.
