Cruise Ship Hantavirus Outbreak Grows to 13 Confirmed Cases

The World Health Organization reports that the hantavirus outbreak linked to the MV Hondius cruise ship has grown to 13 confirmed cases following identification of a new case in Spain among quarantined passengers. Three deaths have been associated with the outbreak, though no additional fatalities have been reported since early May.
